“To whom it may concern, I am pleased to write this reference for Daniel Kepinski as part of his scholarship application. I worked with Daniel when he was a student on Watford Football Clubs football & education scheme last season. Daniel played a vital role in the team’s second place finish in the EFL South East league. Daniel demonstrated a high level of dedication and enthusiasm for the course and was a very reliable character. His attendance at training & matches was consistent and his desire to improve and challenge himself was obvious during each session. Daniel always asked questions and often stayed back after sessions to discuss his role and how he could improve on certain elements of his game e.g. (in & out of possession). Daniel is a very calm and composed player who demonstrates a real understanding of the game. He played the majority of the season in the midfield three where he was the deepest in a single pivot. This role requires huge concentration levels and a clear understanding of the responsibilities involved which Daniel displayed each week.”
“Daniel was a skilled, highly determined, consistent player who was key player in our squad, fulfilling his duties on the pitch and going above and beyond each week, he keeps composure under pressure and is very intelligent on the field”
