“I am writing to offer my highest recommendation for Harrison Macmillan whom I have had the privilege of knowing for the past 15 years. Over those years, I have watched him grow into an exceptional young man, demonstrating remarkable resilience, intelligence, and kindness in the face of challenges that would have deterred many others. From a young age, Harri has faced a variety of difficult circumstances, yet he has consistently shown a level of maturity and determination far beyond his years. He possesses an innate intelligence that has always been evident in his approach to both academic and personal challenges. What strikes me most about Harri is his kindness and empathy. Harri has a strong moral character and these characteristics will undoubtedly guide him towards a successful future. Furthermore, Harri is incredibly determined. Once he sets his mind to a goal, he pursues it with unwavering focus and dedication. Whether in academics, extracurricular activities, or personal projects, he approaches every challenge with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence. I am confident that Harri has a bright future ahead of him. His combination of intelligence, determination, and kindness will serve him well in whatever path he chooses to pursue. It has been an honor to witness his growth over the years, and I have no doubt that he will continue to make a positive impact on those around him.”
“I am a former professional football manager with over 25 years experience. As an owner and football advisor to Hampton & Richmond Borough FC, I have witnessed Harri’s participation within our full-time college programme. The following is my observation of Harri - his development as a youth footballer, college student and young man. Harri is well liked. He is an unassuming well-mannered boy with a solid friendship group. He is mature for his age and comfortably makes new social steps. He has become an integral part of the H&RBFC U’19 college team. He is committed to his football, and in a quiet way leads by example amongst his social group. Harri takes his football very seriously and prioritises his training over any other extra-curricular activity. He has improved with full-time training over the past year and has proved to be tactically and technically reliable. He now delivers all skill tasks in training at a sufficient to high level. This means he is able to play in a number of positions - although I still believe he is best suited to a Right Back or R Wing Back position (in my opinion, he plays well alongside a ‘touch-line’ due to his industrious style of play and tight technical skill set). Physically Harri can still improve. There are areas to develop, particularly his speed and athleticism. But his general robustness to the rigours of constant training/ matches is building nicely. I would have no hesitation in recommending Harri to a new college programme (I trust he will continue to value the merits of his education!) or to any football team. He will be socially independent when stepping into new challenging surroundings and certainly will be a safe pair of hands on the football pitch”
