Kian is a fierce competitor and always looks for ways to achieve 1% better in his game and plays with a confidence which can positively impact players, whether through discussion, training or post match reflection.

I had the opportunity to coach and mentor him in his first year of college education and he has taken on board all positives or areas of development. I believe his mental traits can take him far in the game as well as his resilience to overcome setbacks which is unique. Game intelligence, scanning and a forthcoming problem solving mentality is an asset to any team and as a coach to watch him thrive in these moments is really good. Technically, he has developed well over a short period of time, his ball manipulation in tight pockets to create goalscoring opportunities are standout. His super strengths are his ability to explore his passing range from the middle and final third which makes him a regular contributor to goals and assists. Finishing with composure and good technique off both feet is good allowing him to be unpredictable. He is a versatile player being able to play in the 4/8/10 position’s depending on the game to exploit his best super strengths.

Having a positive support system around him adds to his toolbox, and encourages him to go above and beyond regarding extras or gym to improve physical performance as he continues to grow.

Kian is a really coachable and hard working young man. Kian has very good passing range and vision. He can create attacking opportunities from very little and it is great to see. When it comes to 1v1 skills when attacking Kian really excels and a big reason behind this is because he has really good ball retention. Very Reliable goal scorer and is able to shoot with different techniques and can create his own chances. He is Strong in duels when defending and has very good tactical awareness, understands opposition team tactics quickly and can lead team to counter or change tactics quickly. Good leadership and communication in the pitch. Very versatile player. Very good at dribbling. Not the fastest but uses body well to deal with fast players. Very good technical skills. I would say Kians Super strengths are passing, dribbling, shooting and technical ability. A very well balance football player with high potential.
