I have known Leyton for 6 years as part of my year group. He is a popular member of the year team. Leyton had excellent attendance. Leyton is a very determined young man and organises his time well to ensure he meets all his deadlines. Leyton works well in teams and independently. He has a very positive attitude and always tries his hardest, even when situations become challenging. For his GCSE’s he attended revision session to give him self the best opportunity of being successful. Leyton is a trustworthy student and had to organise a sporting event for my year group. As part of his role, he had to communication with both members of staff and students which was clear and effective. He is currently studying BTEC Business and Sport Studies and is on track to be successful in both courses. Leyton, played for the school and local team football team. He was often captain of the team which meant he had to give clear messages to the players on his team to help direct, motivate and inspire them. Leyton is a well-rounded and ambitious student who will be successful in whatever course he studies in the future.

I have the absolute pleasure of being Leyton’s foster parent. Leyton joined our family in 2019 and immediately made a huge impression of us. He was polite, well mannered, and really wanted to do his very best at all times. Leyton had lost his mother and whilst with us his father too. Whilst extremely traumatic Leyton showed true drive and resilience that he wanted to make his life a success and this did not waver him. He has always been sports orientated and began playing association football and rugby union. He excelled in both and had considerable on field success and continues to do so. Leyton enjoys school and did well in his GCSE exams and he is now at sixth form studying BTECS in sports and business which he thoroughly enjoys. Outside of school Leyton plays football at a good level, he trains at the gym, enjoys spending time with his peers and listens to music. He is a very grounded young man. He helps both my wife and I around the house with jobs. He genuinely enjoys this, and it is an excellent way for us to spend time together. Leyton has wonderful personal attributes. He is kind. compassionate and empathic. He has a wonderful sense of humour and is very highly motivated and determined. He is competitive and very much believes in teamwork and enjoys being part of a team. He loves to win but is also gracious in defeat which is a very rare skill. Above all his resilience is remarkable. He always stive to be the best he can be and always believes that he can improve. In short Leyton is like the son my wife and I never had. He is loyal and honest and above all a good young man. I highly recommend him to you.
