A powerful defender who predominantly plays as a full back, but is also comfortable playing right centre half or in a back 3. Lilia has a competitive edge to her game and is excellent at defending in 1v1 situations with her speed & strength being a key part of her game. “Lilia is an exceptionally talented student both academically, and in terms of her practical ability. She has strengths in a vast range of sports, with Football and Athletics being of a very high standard. I taught Lilia for her time at Secondary school and her ability shone through in everything she did. Her skill level, tactical awareness and decision making in Football was outstanding, and it was clear she was a role model/leader on and off the pitch. Lilia is able to perform a huge range of skills, including refining advanced skills into challenging techniques which are performed with fluency and high level of success; having a huge impact on the game. She would be a huge asset to any college in terms of her charismatic attitude, attention to detail, practical and academic ability and all-round passion for sport and education. I would encourage anyone to select her without doubt.”
“ started coaching Lilia in the middle of the 23/24 season. Lilia has a fantastic competitive attitude which brings with it a level of confidence which is beyond expectation for her age especially as it was her debut season in adults football. Lilia strives to improve, is always looking to better her ability and will often ask questions on how to reach her targets whilst also being flexible and adaptable in different areas of the field unfamiliar to her. Socially, Lilia is a fantastic person to have around the changing rooms, a good sense of humour but an individual who has built strong relationships with her teammates, you would struggle to find someone who doesn’t get along with her. A true asset to any team.”
