“Taisei played 1st XI football at the school whilst he was in the U16 age group and got Man of the Match in that game, this was whilst playing with and against 18 year olds. More recently, he has joined a semi-professional set up by regularly attending training with men’s teams that compete at Step 4 of the Non-league pyramid and plays in the youth team for Sutton Common Rovers who also compete in the FA Youth Cup. Taisei is a conscientious young man who has balanced his demanding sport routine with his academics very well. He achieved an outstanding set of GCSE grades, reaching a 9 (top A*) in 8 of his 11 subjects. Taisei responds very well to feedback, endeavouring to improve at every opportunity, and his dedication to his studies has continued into A levels where he is projected to achieve a stella set of results. He is a true example to his peers, and he will flourish in further education. I would like to express that Taisei is a great fit for any football program. I believe his athletic abilities and his intelligent playstyle can help your team as much as they’ve helped mine. Plus, you’ll be welcoming a student whose positivity and dedication to academics and sporting opportunities will be infectious across your team, squad or class.”
