“I have known Bailee for many years and worked with him as a player for over 2 seasons. He currently is one of the captains of our Teknika Pro U19 Riddlesdown team and is also in our leadership team for the programme. Due to my position as the Academy Manager I work closely with Bailee on a regular basis. Bailee is a hard working individual with good leadership skills, a student of the game and wants to develop himself further both personally & professionally. As a player Bailee is more than capable of effecting the game positively as a right back or right wing back. In possession Bailee possesses an excellent ability to deliver crosses into the box, regularly picking up assists in games due to this. Bailee is also effective at delivering set pieces into the box at both wide free kicks and corners. Out of possession Bailee defends with good intensity and can be hard to play against in 1v1 duels. Bailee is very good at clearing the ball also, using his ability to strike the ball to get the ball away from danger. Bailee has a good level of tactical understanding and can utilise this to help manage the game depending on the scoreline and state of the match.”
